Spring City Golf and Lake Resort is situated some 30 miles east of Kunming City, the capital of Yunnan Province. The resort is home to courses designed by Jack Nicklaus and Robert Trent Jones, Jr. Jones's Lake Course stair steps around the lake, echoing the neatly stacked ledges of agricultural fields that climb the slopes of the Yunnan hills.
