Designed by Walter G. Favarque, Alister Mackenzie.
The course is part of Yosemite National Park. Set
near the historic Wawona Hotel, this short golf
course alternates between meadow golf and mountain
golf, with narrow fairways lined with pine and cedar
trees. Be aggressive with your putts - the greens
are usually on the slower side. Mule deer regularly
graze on the fairways. This was the first
golf course to open in the Sierra Nevada. From
Fresno (about 90 miles north to the course): Take
Highway 41 north. The course is located at the south
end of Yosemite Park.

Designed by unknown. This little gem of a nine-holer
is hidden only a stone's throw off I-5. Though
there are no sand bunkers, this neatly manicured
course with its tiny, plateaued greens is definitely
a challenge for the better player, yet easy for the
average golfer.
From Yreka (about 30 miles south to the course): Take
I-5 south, just past Edgewood. Take the Klamath
Falls/Hwy. 97 exit. Follow the signs for "golf". Literally a minute off the Interstate, this is
really a fun little golf experience for beginner or
discriminating golfer.
