Designed by Ted Robinson. Surrounded by mountains, hundreds of mature oak and sycamore trees, and a small creek. this tree-lined course features a fairly flat front nine and a rolling, but more driver-friendly, back nine. Reciprocal play with other members-only clubs is allowed. From San Diego (about 40 miles north to the course): Take I-15 north to Gopher Canyon Road. Exit and drive west for two miles to Valley Vista Drive. Turn left and drive to the club.

Designed by Harry Rainville, David Rainville. This is a driver-friendly, park-setting course, surrounded by trees and excellent views of the nearby mountains. The course is open to outside play Monday through Thursday, excluding holidays. Warner Springs has a 250-room resort hotel with swimming, tennis, and equestrian center. From San Diego (about 83 miles northeast to the course): Drive north on I-15. Make a right turn on Scripps-Poway Parkway and a left on Highway 67. Take Highway 67 to Santa Ysabel, Highway 79, and turn left.
