Designed by W. H. Tayman. When this course was built, the term "moving earth" had not been coined. Courses were built on the natural terrain, and the terrain at Tayman Park is hilly. The course features postage-stamp-sized greens with plenty of trees and a few hazards. From Santa Rosa (about 15 miles north to the course): Go north on US 101. Use the Central Healdsburg exit, which becomes Healdsburg Avenue. Turn right on Matheson. Matheson turns into Fitch Mountain Road. Follow this to the course, which is on the left.

Designed by Brad Bell. With open greens that permit run-up shots, this course is a rarity among new facilities. Wetlands require accuracy off the tee, and the course can be stretched for the longer hitters. From within Sacramento: Off Highway 99, take Elverta Road west. Turn left on Garden Highway. The course is on the left. This is the course to play if you are situated near the Sacramento airport, and even if you are not.
