Designed by William F. Bell. The course is currently closed for renovation, so call for updates. From west Los Angeles (about 27 miles southeast to the course): Take the San Diego Freeway (I­405) south, exit at Lakewood Boulevard, and head north about a half mile.

Designed by Bob Baldock. There is nothing tricky about Skywest. What you see is what you get. The fairways are level, tree-lined, and wide. The greens are large with slope. You can definitely bring out your $600 driver and have some fun. From Oakland (about 15 miles south to the course): Take I-880 south. Exit on A Street and head west. Turn right on Hesperian Boulevard. Turn left on Golf Course Road.
