Designed by Bob Baldock. Sequoia Woods combines an open meadow with a tightly wooded, hilly section to make a scenic and deceptively challenging layout. Reciprocal play with other members-only clubs is allowed. From Stockton (about 75 miles northeast to the course): Take Highway 99 south to Highway 4 east. Stay on Highway 4 past Angels Camp and through the town of Arnold. Turn right on Moran and follow the signs.

BAY AREA REGION

Members only: 18 hole

Designed by unknown. Sequoyah is best known for its hilly terrain, sloping tree-lined fairways, and lightning-fast greens. The course has no parallel fairways. To score well here, you need more than a deft putting touch - you need course knowledge. Reciprocal play with other membersonly clubs is allowed. From San Francisco (about 15 miles east to the course): Take I-80 east to I-580 east. Exit on Golf links Road and go left. Turn left on Mountain Boulevard. Turn right on Sequoyah Road and then right on Heafey Road. Several of the East Bay's finest holes grace this course.
