Designed by Tom Nichol,
Tillinghast, John Harbottle. This old course, with
some hilly lies and small, sloped greens, plays more
difficult than the yardage would suggest. A
highlight is the view from the fourth tee; you can
see most of the golf course and San Francisco.
Reciprocal play with other members-only clubs is
allowed. From within San Jose: Off I-680, exit on
Alum Rock Avenue and head east. Go about two and
one-half miles, and the club is on the left, just
past a narrow bridge.

Designed by Robert Muir Graves. This busy,
clean, well-maintained course is not particularly
interesting, but rather designed to accommodate
heavy play. San Jose is one of the better, more
aggressive operations around. From within San Jose:
Off US 101, take the North 13th Street exit and head
east to Old Oakland Road. The course is on the
right.
