Designed by Ron Fream. The Links at RiverLakes is a contoured course with many well-placed bunkers and water hazards. The greens are fairly large and undulating, requiring a good touch. The front nine is more forgiving, while the back nine roams through an almond orchard. RiverLakes will make you think on every shot. RiverLakes has a lighted driving range. Carts are included but not mandatory. From within Bakersfield: Off Highway 99, take the Olive Drive exit and head west to RiverLakes Drive. Go left on RiverLakes Drive. The course is in good condition, and it is the most heavily played course in Kern County. There are discounted fees throughout the day, and if you can avoid three-putting the large undulating greens, then you should have fun.

Designed by William P. Bell. You will find plenty of trees and subtle, sloping greens throughout the course, but what catches your attention are the fairway moguls. Even the straightest of shots will end up with an uneven lie. Riverside has a lighted driving range. From within Fresno: Off Highway 99, exit Herndon Avenue, and head east. Turn left on Weber (after the railroad tracks) and follow the signs to the course.
