Designed by William P. Bell. The Championship
Course, as well as the nine-hole executive. course,
is traditional in style. Both feature fairly level
terrain and are surrounded by homes that will come
into play for the severe hooker or slicer. The
yardage listed is for the Championship Course. Carts
are included and mandatory. Walking is OK on the
executive course. From downtown Los Angeles (about
130 miles east to the course): Take I-10 east, exit
Washington, and turn right. Turn right on Avenue of
the States and go about three miles to the course.

is an older, traditional-style executive course.
User friendly, the course has plenty of mature
trees, wide tarmac fairways, an abundance of water,
and greens that are well protected by sand. From
downtown Los Angeles (about 120 miles east to the
course): Take the I-10 east, exit onto Monterey
Avenue and head south. Turn left on Country Club
Drive. If you reach Portola, you have gone too far.
