Designed by Ted Robinson. This is a user-friendly, level course lined by houses (out-of-bounds) with medium-sized, elevated greens. Reciprocal play is allowed. From Bakersfield (about 55 miles southeast to the course): Drive east on Highway 58 for approximately 40 miles and take the Highway 202 exit. Follow the signs for 14 miles to Bear Valley Springs.

Designed by Brian Curley, Lee Schmidt. There is no gray area at Oak Valley. This is a links-style course with constant elevation changes that give you ample opportunity to keep it on the short grass. However, if you miss the fairway, chances are you will never find your ball among the natural surroundings. If you can't handle the wind, early mornings would be your best bet. Carts are included and mandatory. From San Bernardino (about 26 miles east to the course): Take I-10 east, exit at Oak Valley Parkway, and turn left. Make the first left on Golf Club Drive. Undulating terrain and small green targets with trouble at every turn make this a challenging, attractive layout.
