Designed by Joe Williams (Destroyer), Ted Robinson (Cruiser). The Cruiser Course is a short nine-hole course. The Destroyer Course is a championship layout with plenty of water that affects mostly your tee shots. The real challenge from the Destroyer comes from the slick greens. The course is open to military personnel and the guests. The yardage listed is for the Destroyer Course. From Irvine (about 17 miles northwest to the course): Take the San Diego Freeway (I-405) north to Highway 22 east. Immediately take the Valley View exit and head north, away from the ocean. Turn left on Orangewood Avenue.

Designed by David Rainville, Harry Rainville. If you hit the ball well, you will score well. This traditional course has no hidden obstacles. From within Needles (this is about 115 miles south of Las Vegas): Heading east on I-40, exit at J Street and turn left. Turn right when it dead-ends on Front Street. Turn left across the railroad tracks to the course. The best deal in the Laughlin area but flat. Nothing fancy, but usually in good shape, and it beats losing money in the casinos.
