Designed by Bob Baldock. Think twice before
hitting your driver. Narrow fairways lined by trees
make precision a must. The greens are small and tend
to slope toward the highway. The views are awesome.
From within Lone Pine: The club is about one mile
south of Lone Pine, on the west side of US 395.

Designed by Lee
Schimdt, Brian Curley. Despite its modest length,
this is an entertaining and popular layout with no
parallel fairways. The views and unique bridges are
worth the price of admission. Tight and tough. Carts
are included and mandatory. From San Diego (about 32
miles northeast to the course): Take I-15 north.
Exit Scripps-Poway Parkway and head east eight
miles. At the end, turn left and go north on Highway
65. After five miles, turn left on Archie Moore
Road. Turn left again into the entrance. This is a
special golf course. The green fees may seem steep
on a dollar per yard basis, but if you base the
green fees on an equation that includes scenery,
conditioning, and strokes, you will find the course
quite reasonable and fun.
