Designed by Ted Robinson. The South and West
Courses are narrow with trees and condominiums
lining the fairways. Hit your ball ten yards off the
fairway and you will be adding two strokes to your
scorecard. There is plenty of water on these two
courses, but most can be avoided by the smart
player. The East Course is flatter. The water on
this course is more intimidating and harder to
avoid, especially for the women, who have a few
long, forced carries. The greens are fairly large
with tricky, subtle breaks. The yardage listed is
for the South and West nines. Reciprocal play with
other members-only clubs is allowed. From downtown
Los Angeles (about 120 miles east to the course):
Take I-10 east, exit onto Monterey Avenue, and drive
south to the club.
