Designed by Ed Ault, Ron Garl. This is a venerable old course with a rich tradition reaching all the way back to the 1960s. In Las Vegas terms, that's old. The course is well maintained and classic in nature, with pristine fairways and well-protected greens. The course has played host to the PGA Tour Las Vegas Invitational. Las Vegas Hilton has limited tee times. The course is situated on the former Las Vegas Downs thoroughbred race track. From the Las Vegas Airport (about five miles north to the course): Take Paradise heading north. Turn right at Desert Inn and then left on Joe W. Brown Drive. The club is on the right.

Designed by William P. Bell, Casey Q'Caliahan (redesign). This is one of the more user-friendly courses in the area. Las Vegas Golf Club has plenty of trees, but the fairways are spacious. Water comes into play on a few holes, and the greens are gently sloped. Range balls and a cart are included in the green fees. ill From the Las Vegas Airport (about ten miles northwest to the course): Take I-15 north to US 95 north. Take the second exit, Valley View, and turn right. Turn left when it dead-ends at Washington. The club is on the right, just past the little school.
