Designed by George C. Thomas,
Jr (Harding), Carl Worthington (Wilson). There are
two popular (crowded) courses at Griffith Park, the
Harding Course and the Wilson Course. The Wilson
Course is the more preferred and respected of the
two. Both are classic in design. They are
treelined, rolling courses that are located at the
base of the Hollywood Hills. The yardage listed is
for the Wilson Course.
From downtown Los Angeles: Take I-5 north, take the
exit to Griffith Park and turn right. Make a left at
the second stop sign and follow the road about a
mile. Not exactly as inspiring as Rancho Park, but
the Wilson Course comes pretty close. Wonderful
location in Griffith Park.

Designed by Willie Watson. Dubbed as Little
Riviera, the course packs plenty of challenge,
though not especially long on the card. Small
greens, narrow fairways and strategic bunkering all
create a deceptively difficult challenge.
From downtown Los Angeles (about 23 miles southeast to
the course): Take the Pomona Freeway (Highway 60)
east. Exit at Hacienda and head south about four
miles. Turn left on East Road to get to the club.
