35 Country Club Drive, Suisun , CA 94585

Designed by Elmer Borders, Robert Muir Graves. Tricky greens are this course's best defense. They provide members with a distinct home-course advantage. The front nine is level, while the back nine provides some elevation changes. Wind is often a factor. Reciprocal play with other members-only clubs is allowed. From Vallejo (about 16 miles northeast to the course): Travel east on I-80 and exit at Green Valley Road. Cross the over the freeway and follow the signs to Green Valley Road, which will lead to the club.

GREENHORN CREEK RESORT (1996)

GOLD COUNTRY REGION

Semi-Private - 18 hole -cost: $30 - $85

711 McCauley Ranch Road, Angels Camp, CA 95222

Tel: (209) 736-8111

Designed by Don Boos, Robert Trent Jones Jr (remodel). Situated in a panoramic setting, Greenhorn has been fine-tuned to make it more playable. Lateral water hazards, rolling hills, and wooded fairways make a very challenging layout. Carts and range balls are included in green fees. Greenhorn Creek has several resort cottages along the course. From Stockton (about 50 miles east to the course): Take Highway 4 east to Angels Camp. Turn right on Greenhorn Creek Drive, which is just before Highway 49.
