Designed by David Rainville. Each hole at Eagle Crest is individually framed on this succinct layout. With plenty of hills and several lakes, trade distance for accuracy. From San Diego (about 27 miles north to the course): Take I-15 north, exit Via Rancho Parkway, and turn right. Drive about one and one-half miles to San Pasqual and turn right. Go four miles, and cross Highway 78, where San Pasqual changes into Cloverdale. Go about one mile and turn right on Rockwood. Go about two and one-half miles to the guard gate. The guard gives further directions.

Designed by Billy Casper, Greg Nash. With generous landing areas and large, undulating greens, the course is a favorite of the senior set. There are no par 5s, but there are plenty of bunkers. Eagle Crest is located in a retirement community. Carts are included in green fees and mandatory. From the Las Vegas Airport (about 20 miles northwest to the course): Take I-15 north to US 95 north. Exit at Summerlin Parkway. Take Anasazi to the right. Take the next left to the club.
