Designed by Bob Baldock, J. Michael Poellot (redesign). Corral de Tierra, situated between Salinas and Monterey, is hilly with small putting surfaces. The course typically plays more difficult than it appears. Reciprocal play with other members-only clubs is allowed. From Monterey (about ten miles east to the course): Off Highway 1, take Highway 68 east. Turn right on Corral de Tierra Road. The club is on the left.

Designed by William F. Bell. These sporty, park-setting courses are fun and just challenging enough to keep your attention. Fortunately, they are not so tough that a beginner can't enjoy them, too. The yardage listed is for the Los Lagos Course. From Irvine (about six miles northwest to the course): Take the San Diego Freeway (I-405) north. Exit on Harbor Boulevard, and head south. Turn right on Mesa Verde Drive east and then left on Golf Course Drive.
