Designed by William F. Bell, William P. Bell. This private course, nestled in the foothills of old Glendale, features two sets of tees and ten greens that form 18 holes. The course's main challenge is the out-of-bounds found on nearly every hole. From downtown Los Angeles (about ten miles north to the course): Take the Glendale Freeway (Highway 2) north, exit onto Holly, and go west. Turn right on Harvey Drive. Go north on Chevy Chase Drive and then left on Golf Club Drive.

Designed by William F. Bell. This is an easy walking course with some slope and small greens. Water comes into play on three holes. Keeping the ball on the right side of the fairways will allow you a better angle to the greens. This military course allows public play, but call for restrictions. From Mojave (about 55 miles northeast to the course): Go north on Highway 14 for about 40 miles to Highway 178. Then turn right and drive east for 13 miles to the entrance of China Lake Naval Weapons Station. The course is on Midway Drive.
