Designed by unknown. This is a flat, open course and good place to learn the game. From within Reno: Off I-80, take Exit 17, onto Rock Boulevard, and head south. The course is on the right.

Designed by unknown. If you don't hit the ball straight, expect to see plenty of the 1,100 red­wood trees that guard this short, beautiful golf course. If that isn't challenge enough, there is a creek running throughout, and the greens are the size of dime. In the winter, you can watch the salmon run. From Ukiah (about 25 miles north to the course): Take US 101 north to the Sherwood Road exit. Turn left on Brooktrails Road. Brooktrails Road runs right into Birch Street.
