Designed by Willliam F. Bell. Gong one of the PGA Tour Courses, Bermuda Dunes is located in a parkike setting with numerous trees ad smallish greens. Not too easy, not too hard, this is a splendid members' course. The yardage listed is for the Classic Course. From Los Angeles (about 130 miles east to the course): take I-10 east toward Palm Springs. Exit on Washington Street and turn right. Go about a mile and one-half, then turn left on Avenue 42. Turn right on Adams Street to the entrance gate.

Designed by Bob Baldock. If you hit the ball to the right off the tee, you will most like be forgiven. If you go left off the tee, you will be disciplined by canals. The fairways are level, but gibe little roll. The greens are level, quick, and they break. Drainage is fantastic, so this is a good place for winter golf. Wind can be factor. From Walnut Creek (about 32 miles northeast to the course): Go north on I-680. Take highway 242 east to Highway 4 east and go through Oakley. Go left on Cypress Road, which becomes Bethel Island Road. Turn right on to Gateway Road.
