Designed by Bert Stamps. Belmont is a short,
tree-dominated course with water on five holes. Keep
it in the fairway and low scores are a real
possibility. Reciprocal play with other membersonly
clubs is allowed. From within Fresno: Off Highway
99, exit at Jensen Avenue and head east for about
ten minutes. Turn left on Clovis Avenue and then
right on Belmont. The club is approximately three
and one-half miles east.

Designed by unknown. None of
the fairways run side-by-side on this narrow,
tree-lined, rolling golf course. The combination of
trees, hazards, and homes make this course extremely
unforgiving. A driver off the tee is not a wise
choice on many of the holes. This is the oldest
active course on the upper north coast. The course
was built along with the Benbow Inn as a retreat for
celebrities. From Ukiah (about 90 miles north to the
course): Head north on US 101, through Willits. Do
not take the first Benbow Drive exit in Richardson
Grove. Take the second Benbow Drive exit and turn
right. Follow the signs for Benbow Lake Recreation
Area.
