Designed by Dick Miller. This is a short, level course with mature trees. There are five par 3s, and the course finishes with two par 5s, one just over 600 yards long, the other just over 500 yards. This was Tiger Woods' home course in high school. From downtown Los Angeles (about 25 miles southeast to the course): Go south on I-5. Exit at Brookhurst Street and travel south. Turn right on Crescent Avenue. Turn left again on Gilbert Street. Follow Gilbert Street to the course.

Designed by Richard Bigler. The "Hills" in Anaheim Hills is there for a good reason. This is a short, fun course with fantastic elevation changes and few fairways running side by side. First-time players would be wise to hook up with a local to help them negotiate this tricky course. First-time players would be foolish to hook up with a local and decide to wager. From downtown Los Angeles (course is about 30 miles southeast): Take the Harbor Freeway (I-110) south to Highway 91 east. Take the Imperial Highway exit and turn right. Turn left at Nohl Ranch Road. The course is on the left. Anaheim Hills offers an enjoyable round of golf at a reasonable price.
